After the dermatologist's strict order to definitively stop using resins for nail reconstruction, I had to run for cover and find a solution to be able to continue my artistic and teaching activity while taking care of my sick nails. I had already known the nails for some time which I then included in the Kit, excellent both for their aesthetic presence and for their sound performance (on metal and nylon rope). However, what was needed was a really functional sticker for this purpose; sufficiently powerful and at the same time extremely thin, capable of guaranteeing the adherence and intimacy necessary to maintain the right sensitivity to the touch on the string for the entire duration of a performance.
Finally the perfect solution to remove the nail without subjecting the nail cushion to further stress came from the casual use of an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
